Olfactory bulbs and nerve fibers display a high degree of neuroplasticity and can regenerate. Bringing your attention to them will stimulate nerve growth. When we do Alternate nostril breath we are alternately stimulating left and right bulbs which are hardwired into the limbic brain.

Purchase This Next Breath 1 immediately and begin the lessons, if you haven’t done so already.
Print out the calendar. This Method Works!
If you want to complete the 90 Day Certification, , you need to print out the calendar and honestly check off the days that you practice. The ideal goal is 90 days of practice in 90 days.
The big purple square each day is for your formal 24 minute practice. The 15 is for any 6am broadcast. The little purple ovals are your mini practices. Set 4 - 5 alarms on your phone. I use 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm. Every time the jingle goes off, we stop everything and take ONE ROUND of Nadi shodhana (inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.) You will be surprised at how powerful this small practice is.
Practice This Nest Breath 1 for the first 30 Days. This is what we will talk about. You need to be rock solid practicing everyday in order to do the Advanced Course.
Everything is optional, but you might as well go for it. You DON’T have to be perfect, but… Accountability: Each week, take a snapshot of your calendar and send the photo to Tom at 401-499-4942. include your name. This calendar method works.
On the rare occasion you have to miss a teleconference, you can watch the recording.
It’s okay if you cannot continue with the certification for any reason. One time credit is given towards a future certification course that will be running. You will always have the lessons and future upgrades in This Next Breath 1 & 2 for a self guided online course. You can begin the self guided practice immediately and join a teleconference course when it suits your schedule.
