365 Days of Breath is Huge

It all started when the pandemic hit…

Tom began leading free online yoga classes every day and recorded them. Everyday was a small practice with a poem or reading. There are over 430 recordings, as of now 63 days are video edited. I hope to have a few other video editors that can clean and scrub these presentations.

This is an easy practice everyday that is familiar, with something new and fresh every morning. Thoughts of gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance and kindness can fill the start of your day.

$365, a dollar a day. Most people will get the memberships we offer (like Netflix) that start at 50 cents a day. Many of these recordings are priceless.
