Hybrid Learning. 5 teleconference meetings and 20 new videos on the science behind the practice of This Next Breath. Watch the videos when convenient. You'll be asked to make a 30 day daily commitment to your practice.

This is an in depth course for everyone, someone just finding these practices and those of you who have been around. If you want to learn more about:
