Through lecture and breath experiments we will learn about the basic anatomy and physiology of the lungs and heart.

There has been voluminous research on the breath in the last 2 decades. We will explore research on the Carbon Dioxide/Oxygen exchange, the growth of blood vessels, Red Blood Cells, the decussation of the nervous system, and Nitric Oxide’s global effect on the body.
